Electric Breast Pumps - Troubleshooting

The Motor Unit Will Not Turn On

1. If using batteries please check that the batteries are inserted the correct way around

2. Try replacing the batteries with super heavy duty alkaline or lithium batteries

3. Attempt to use with mains power

There Is No Suction

1. Turn the suction dial at the back of the unit to 'High'

2. Check the battery strength (the batteries may need replacing)

3. Ensure all components are fastened tightly and there are no air gaps

4. Ensure the breast is positioned correctly in the Natripump shield so there are no air gaps

5. Ensure the 'Push' button is released

How Long and How Often Can I Use the Electric Breast Pump?

The Electric Breast Pump can be used for 30 minute periods with a one hour break before using again.

Can I Put The Electric Breast Pump In The Dishwasher?

The unit is dishwasher safe - top tray only. DO NOT place the motor unit in the dishwasher.
